Then this mixture is pumped into the digester for boiling.

Gelatin, water, and flavors are mixed into the mixing bowl.
The prepared paste moves to the cooler.
Then the finished product is cut
At the final point of the production process the paste is extruded onto a cooling conveyor.
After aeration, the marshmallow paste is distributed along four pipelines with different dyes for the coloring.
Then the marshmallow paste is pumped to the aerator and evenly saturated with air bubbles.

After cutting, the starch is detached off the marshmallow by vibrating sieve separator
The product is placed in boxes for at least 4 hours.
The finished product is packed by packing machine. Package capacity is 30, 50, 75 or 200 grams.
