Corn syrup Water Sugar Glucose Mixing bowl
At the first so-called “kitchen section” step glucose, water, corn syrup and sugar are put into the mixing bowl for thorough mixing.

Digester
Then this mixture is pumped into the digester for boiling.

Water Gelatin Mixing bowl
Gelatin, water, and flavors are mixed into the mixing bowl.

Cooling process
The prepared paste moves to the cooler.

Cutting
Then the finished product is cut

Extruder
At the final point of the production process the paste is extruded onto a cooling conveyor.

Coloring
After aeration, the marshmallow paste is distributed along four pipelines with different dyes for the coloring.

Aeration process
Then the marshmallow paste is pumped to the aerator and evenly saturated with air bubbles.

Vibratory sieve separator
After cutting, the starch is detached off the marshmallow by vibrating sieve separator

Product aging
The product is placed in boxes for at least 4 hours.

Product packaging
The finished product is packed by packing machine. Package capacity is 30, 50, 75 or 200 grams.
